Can I add a seller from a parcel? (Ontario)

This feature allows you to add the owners as sellers in the transaction with a click of a button.

 To add a seller from a parcel, navigate to Titles > Parcel

 Click the + button next to the owner you would like to add to the transaction

 Click create to add the seller details (you can also modify and add spouse information)

 If the owner matches an existing seller, you’ll see an indicator that the person is a match to an existing seller for the transaction
