Can I add the additional deposits from the Agreement of Purchase and Sale in Prolegis?

Certain real estate transactions have more than the common number of deposits. Prolegis allows you to add additional deposits (and a due date).

Certain real estate transactions have more than the common number of deposits.  Prolegis allows you to add additional deposits (and a due date).  When added these deposits are automatically included in Statement of Adjustment calculations and the additional deposits are displayed on the actual Statement of Adjustments.

To add an additional deposit, go to the Actions menu in the matter and click on Contract (AB) / APS (ON).

Click on Deposits.

Add one or many deposits and click OK.

To save the changes to the Purchase Price, click Save.
