Can I search the Alberta Land Titles Pending DRR Queue in Prolegis?

Due diligence will often include a search on SPIN II for pending document registration requests (DRRs) at the Land Titles Registry. Through the Titles Action, a search for pending DRRs is conducted when “Check DRR” is clicked.

To search for pending DRRs on SPIN II, navigate to the Titles action in your matter. For this feature to function, you will either need to have uploaded a title to the matter or you will need to enter the LINC number for the property. You’ll also enter your SPIN II user name and password to access the pending DRR queue. 

The pending DRR search can be saved as a PDF document and can be accessed in the Documents Action.
