Can I create my own default email subject line?

Prolegis provides a default email subject line for emails sent from Prolegis. This feature allows you to set your own custom email subject line for purchases, sale and refinances.

The custom subject lines can contain static text (information that will not change from matter to matter) and dynamic text (information that will change based on the matter).

1) To override the Prolegis subject lines, go to Real Estate > Settings > Default Email Subject Lines.

2) Add whatever static text you would like in your email subject line. This could be things like “purchase from” or “Matter Number:” or “Address:”

3) Click on the dynamic text you would like to insert in your subject line. You can insert full names, first names and last names. Where there is more than one client, if full names are used, they will be divided by “,” and “and”. If first or last name are used, they will be divided by a “/”. When inserted, you will see a dynamic tag that will begin and end with a “%”

4) To save the email subject lines click “Save”

When in the desired matter, the dynamic tags will update with the information from your matter when you create an email communication.
