# Prolegis DRR Submission Review - Standalone
## The Standalone Prolegis DRR Pre-Submission Review tool provides an intelligent, automated quality check of your Alberta Land Titles submission documents (such as Transfers, Mortgages, and Caveats) before final filing. By auditing your document package for discrepancies and omissions prior to submission, Prolegis helps your firm eliminate document rejections, avoid expensive Land Titles tax penalties, and save critical processing time.

### Step 1: Account Registration & Password Setup
To get started with the DRR Submission Review tool:
1. Navigate to [drr.prolegis.ca/register](https://www.google.com/search?q=https://drr.prolegis.ca/register/)
2. Complete the registration form and review and agree to the Terms of Use.
3. Create a secure password meeting the system security requirements:
- **Minimum Length:** 8 characters.
- **Character Combination:** At least one letter and at least one number.
- **Case Sensitivity:** Must include both uppercase and lowercase letters.
- **Special Characters:** Must include at least one special character (e.g., `!`, `$`, `%`, `&`, `|`).
> 💡 **Password Tip for Maximum Security:**
>
> The strongest, most memorable passwords often consist of a combination of somewhat random words combined with numbers and special symbols.
>
> - **Example:** `carefully|S0LDIERS|against|Prom1se`
> - A complex password structure like this would take an estimated **61 Quattuordecillion years** (a `1` followed by 45 zeros) for a standard computer guessing at 1,000 attempts per second to crack!
### Step 2: Payment & Billing Settings
Before running your first review, configure your billing method:
1. Go to **Payment Settings** in your account dashboard and add a valid credit card.
2. **Promotional Offer:** Your **first two (2) reviews are free**.
3. **Pricing Model:**
- **Per-Review Fee:** **$6.50** per processed review.
- **Processing Trigger:** You are only billed once uploaded submission documents are officially **Processed** by the Prolegis AI engine.
- **Invoicing Schedule:** Invoices are issued every **Friday**. Your registered credit card will be automatically charged **seven (7) days later**.
### Step 3: Creating a DRR Review & Adding Documents
To submit a document package for automated auditing:
1. Click **Create DRR Review**.
2. Upload the core Land Titles submission documents required for review (e.g., Transfer of Land, Mortgage, Caveat).
3. **Add Supporting/Cross-Reference Documents:**
- To ensure the AI accurately cross-references property and party details, consider adding auxiliary documents to your package.
- *Example:* Click **+ Document** to upload the current **Title**. This allows the tool to verify that legal land descriptions, registered owner names, and parcel identification numbers (PINs) match across all new documents.
4. Click **Update** to generate a live preview of any newly added documents.
5. When ready, click **Process**.
> ⚠️ **IMPORTANT NOTE ON FEES:**
>
> Clicking **Process** submits the file to the Prolegis AI review engine and applies the **$6.50 fee** to your upcoming Friday invoice.
### Step 4: Managing and Updating Your Review Draft
After saving or uploading your files, you will be taken to the file management screen:
- **Document Review & Edits:** Review uploaded files and upload any additional missing documents required for the package.
- **Updating Preview:** Whenever you add or replace a document, click **Update** to refresh the visual document preview before running the final review.
- **Finalizing:** Once all documents are present and correctly oriented in the preview, click **Process** to perform the review.
### Step 5: Viewing & Downloading Your Completed Review Report
Once the AI processing is complete:
1. **Email Notification:** You will receive an automated email containing a downloadable **PDF Report** detailing the findings, flagged errors, and document consistency checks.
2. **Online Portal Access:** You can also view, review, and download the full report directly from your web dashboard anytime at [drr.prolegis.ca](https://www.google.com/search?q=https://drr.prolegis.ca/)
### Step 6: Searching & Managing Past Reviews with Filters
As your review history grows, you can easily locate specific matters using the filtering feature:
- Click **+ Filters** on your main reviews dashboard.
- Search or filter past reviews by date, status, matter reference, or document type to quickly locate past audit reports for audit trails and file compliance records.
