Can I receive Toronto-Dominion Bank mortgage instructions in Prolegis?

You can retrieve TD Mortgage instructions, download key documents, communicate with TD, submit the request for funds and report all through Prolegis' FCT LLC Integration

Toronto-Dominion bank mortgage instructions can be received through Prolegis' integration with FCT LLC.  

  1. If you do not currently receive your TD mortgage instructions through FCT LLC, follow the instructions in this link to add TD mortgages to your FCT LLC portal.  
  2. To access the TD mortgage instructions in Prolegis, access the Real Estate menu and click FCT LLC
  3. Select the 1) lawyer and click 2) Check to search for FCT LLC mortgage instructions.  3) Click Review to access the mortgage instructions.
  4. You can either 1) link the instructions to an existing matter or 2) create a new matter.
