How do I add a debt payout to a refinance or sale matter in Prolegis?

Prolegis allows you to quickly and easily add payees to your real estate matter. Once you add a payment it will automatically be added to your net sale proceeds calculation and will allow you to create payment letters.

To add a payment, navigate to the Statement of Adjustments action, the Net Proceeds action or the Cash to Bring action, as applicable.  Click +Adjustment to add a new adjustment.

To add a payee to a particular adjustment, select “Payment” as the Type of the adjustment and enter the Payee name in the available field.
