How do I add a Home Owner Association (HOA) to a matter?

Once a home owner association is added to a file, that home owner association’s contact information is available in the communication tools and that information is available for the completion of documents.

Prolegis has a user driven database of home owner associations. Once a home owner association is added to a file, that home owner association’s contact information is available in the communication tools and that information is available for the completion of documents.  If the HOA fee is included, that will also automatically be added to the Statement of Adjustments.

If the registration number for the HOA fee is added in the home owner association database, Prolegis will automatically add the Home Owner Association and the estimated HOA fee to the Statement of Adjustments when that registration is on title.

To add a home owner association, go to the Statement of Adjustments Action.

2025-07-05_11-51-45 (1)-1Click +HOA and begin typing the name of the home owner association. If you see the home owner association you are looking for, click on the name of the home owner association. If you do not see the home owner association, you can add the home owner association by clicking the +Add button. That home owner association's information will then be included in the user driven home owner association database.

To see the database, go to the Real Estate menu on the left hand side of the app, click Ancillary Companies, then Click Home Owner Associations. In this screen you can add or edit Home Owner Associations.
