How do I add a note to a matter in Prolegis?

In Prolegis you can move beyond notes to a conversation about the matter where who and when comments are made are automatically recorded.

You can add a message to the matter from either the Details section or the Follow Up Tasks action.

Any user can add a comment to a matter.
