How do I process a Bridge Loan in Prolegis?

In the Matter Actions menu in the New Mortgages tab, add a lender for the mortgage itself, and an additional lender (even if it’s the same lender) to enter bridge loan specific details. You can mark it specifically as a bridge loan to accommodate that direction in your financial documents.
