How does Prolegis handle real property reports?

When you let Prolegis know that a real property report is required, it will automatically add needed steps to your Progress Dashboard and also create undertakings for your trust letter, as required.

If you toggle on a matter that it requires a Real Property Report, this will generate a step on your matter checklist.  This can be done at the time the matter is created

or at any time in the Contract action.

This will also automatically generate an undertaking in your trust letter if you do not check off that it has been received. 

You can set up a default fee line in your settings in the case that you need to order a new Real Property Report or get a Certificate of Compliance here.
