How to Create and Manage Standard Requisitions
Learn how to create and manage standard requisitions in Prolegis. This guide covers navigating the Real Estate settings to build a global precedent library, allowing you to efficiently add consistent follow-up tasks and automated requisitions across all your matters.
To set up these global requisitions, follow these steps:

Access the Settings Menu: On the left-hand side of the application, navigate to the Real Estate menu.

Navigate to Undertakings: Click on Settings, then select Undertakings.

Manage Precedents: On this page, you can:
- Add Prolegis Standard Precedents: Use Prolegis' database of requisitions to get started

Add New: Create a new standard requisition precedent

Revise Existing: Update or edit any of your current requisition precedents.
