Is there a way in Prolegis to indicate that my deal is a resale, new build or commercial?

The process of conveyancing, as well as document considerations and conditions, will often depend on the type of transaction. This information also needs to be carried over to Title Insurance policies.

On the Contract Details (AB) and APS (ON) users have an option to select one of three different Transactions Types, New Build, Resale and Commercial.

Further, for Title Insurance purposes, the type of property needs to be broken down, therefore users have the option to select a variety of different types of property from this screen.
