Lender Instructions - Auto Data Entry

Follow this quick guide to learn how to upload your documents and verify the extracted information.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Upload the Document

1. Navigate to the Mortgage tab within your file.
2. Drag and drop your lender instructions document into the upload area, or click to browse and select the file from your computer.

Step 2: Processing (Around 1 minute)

• Once uploaded, the AI will begin analyzing the document.
• This process typically takes about 30 seconds. You can continue working in other areas of Prolegis while it processes.

Step 3: Notification of Completion

• As soon as the AI finishes reading the document, an alert will pop up in the top right-hand corner of your screen to let you know it's ready.

Step 4: Review in Side-by-Side View

• Click the notification (or return to the Mortgage tab) to open the review screen.
• You will be taken to a convenient side-by-side view:
  • Left Side: The data entry fields automatically populated by the AI.
  • Right Side: The original lender instructions document for easy reference.

⚠️ Important: Always Double-Check Your Data While the AI Reader is incredibly versatile and designed to handle documents from all lenders, no AI is perfect. Document formats can vary wildly, and errors can occasionally occur.

• Verify Critical Fields: Always cross-reference high-stakes data—such as mortgage amounts, interest rates, payment amounts—against the original document on the right.
• Make Adjustments Inline: If you spot an error or an incomplete field, simply click into the data entry box on the left and correct it manually.
