Can I manually add a parcel to my matter? (Ontario)

To manually add a parcel, navigate to Actions > Property > Titles.

Click +Add Title

Click Save title and the details will be available for the population of template documents.

Link an instrument to a parcel

You can link an instrument you’ve previously seen or created to a parcel you create in Prolegis. To link the instrument, navigate to your manually created parcel in Actions > Property > Titles. 

Click Registrations.

To link an instrument to the manually created parcel, 1. Enter the instrument number, 2. Select the desired instrument and 3. Click Link.

Create a New Instrument

Click Create Registration and complete the form.

Once the instrument has been linked or created, the instrument, related documents and firm generated information will be associated with the manually created parcel.
