This powerful tool automatically scans your Document Registration Request (DRR) package before submission, catching critical errors and deficiencies that could lead to costly rejection delays.
### What the Auto-DRR Reviewer Checks
The AI-driven reviewer cross-references your uploaded documents against Alberta Land Titles requirements, scanning for common pitfalls including:
- **Name Discrepancies:** Matching names exactly across transfer deeds, mortgages, and legal documents.
- **Legal Descriptions:** Ensuring the legal land descriptions match perfectly across all forms.
