Can I add a short property description in Prolegis? (Ontario)

You can add a short legal description for your title in Prolegis.

Go to the desired matter.  Navigate to Actions > Property > Titles.

Click the Edit button next to Short Property Description.

Add the Short Property Description and click Save Changes.

The Short Property Description will now be displayed in documents produced in Prolegis.

 

To set the short legal description as the default description for the creation of documents, navigate to Real Estate > Settings > Document Preferences.


Select "Short" and click Save.
