What does my client see when they go to the portal?
An overview of what clients see when they enter the portal
When the client clicks the link to the portal, they will be required to login with their email and cell phone number, which must match the client information logged in their matter. The client will then receive a text verification code to confirm and be granted access to the portal.


The client can view the portal for all the matters they’ve been to your office for. They click “View” on the related matter.

At this point the client can view the portal “Instructions” provided to them, and fill in the blanks in the Questionnaire portion of the portal.
