Can I export financial information to Clio?

NOTE: The matter number in Prolegis needs to exactly match the matter number in Clio for the export to work.

Once within the desired matter, navigate to Actions > Account or Fee Estimation

Go to the bottom of the page to and click the blue Export button.

Hover over Clio and click either Fees or Disbursements. The file you will import into Clio will automatically be downloaded.

Once the Fees and /or Disbursements have been downloaded, go to the following link:

Click Add
Under Import select Activities from CSV
Under User select the Clio User who should be associated with the imported entries
Click Choose File
Select the Activity file you wish to import
Click Upload File
Wait for the State of the Activities import to reach Complete

You have the ability to export your fees and disbursements from Prolegis and have them uploaded directly into your Clio practice management software.
