You would need to have 2 separate matters for your purchase and sale. On the sale side of the transaction, you can enter a bridge loan as an existing mortgage to payout, the same way you would for a mortgage registered on title.
You would need to have 2 separate matters for your purchase and sale. Be sure to add the same clients to each of the matters. That way all client information will be shared between the two matters.
